The idea is to use navigator and Boba's ability to fly over people and then drop his bomb on them. Soontir is there so that your opponent doesn't have a good option. Either late game Soontir or 48 point Boba. Tie blocks and harasses. Also good as a chump blocker for U-boats. So, bad idea?

Yeah, bad idea.

Fettigator, while awesome, has no way of modifying dice at all (with the setup you're packing). That hurts his overall performance in the long run. Sure, you might be on a hot roll one particular day. But, most of the time, you'll be cursing your terrible offensive power with a costly ship. And no bombs are enough to cover for that. For the cherry on top, it's a Firespray without Engine Upgrade.

If you want to use Imperial Boba, may I suggest an ordnance-oriented build that actually puts his ability to use?

A bit more expensive than the one you planned on using.

His ability sees use when engaging for a missile shot. @PS10, it's fairly easy to eliminate guesswork on your first approach.

Concussion's mod and Kallus take care of accuracy on your intended target.

After ordnance is gone, you still have a PS10 boost double-arc hunter.
