Not a big fan of the HLC on the Outrider. Been burned by the donut hole too many times. I prefer the mangler cannon. I like Lando. He's been VERY helpful on previous builds and adds a lot of life expectancy to 0-1 agility ships. Your mileage may vary.

That being said, it should be a fun build to fly. Good health, good attack but less than optimal agility. And remember, Lando takes an action and can abandon you leaving you with zero defensive ability.

He has experimental interface for action economy. He could end up with 2-4 focus and 0-2 evade or some combo therein.

I'd trade in the HLC as well, save the points and invest in some advanced sensors. Maybe do an autoblaster cannon dash?

I think HLC on Dash is fine. You should be playing around with asteroids to your advantage anyways. Other pilots might have some trouble with the donut hole but Dash is great at dealing with it. You will probably want PTL on him though so you can always barrel roll and still get dice mods.

I like Kanan as a ghost pilot, but he is very action dependent - especially built like this with EI. He will end up getting blocked a lot or you will eventually want to whip out that K-turn so sometimes I feel like I want advanced sensors on him. FCS can do wonders on its own for a ghost, but you are putting a lot of points into having Kanan pilot, Recon Specialist, EI, and Lando. If Kanan gets blocked a lot and has to K-turn, you won't get much out of all those points. That being said, I do like combo on Kanan because he still benefits from all those possible focus and evades. The trick is just being able to get your actions. Fly it and tell us how it does. Just keep in the back of your head if you'd have any times advanced sensors might have been sweet to pop before a block or K-turn.
