What happens if I kill Ghost whilst the Shuttle is docked?? I cannot seem to find this any where,

The shuttle will be forced to deploy immediately with a facedown damage card, and be unable to attack that round.

From the wiki:

"If the carrier ship is destroyed (but has not fled the battlefield), before it is removed from the play area, each docked ship receives 1 facedown Damage card and must immediately deploy. Ships deployed in this fashion cannot attack until the following round."

And whenever you are deploying, if the Shuttle doesn't fit onto the board with the maneuver that was chosen it is destroyed.
