I think Dash remains solid but his stable mate is hard to get right with the current meta, a la u- boats and imperial ace builds. The Y wing and rookie X wings with their low pilot skill and lack of manoeuvre just cannot deal with the uboats or aces.

The stresshog is vulnerable to ordnance alpha-strikes while the Rookie is vulnerable to aces.

Rather than 2 low PS wingmen, 1 more elite wingman might do better. Poe or Corran are popular choices and can generally tangle well with most opponents. A cheap Ghost is another option as this can be used as a battering ram to hammer the enemy and absorb his attention while Dash skirts the skirmish zone and piles in with the HLC.
