On the topic of Mathwing: 1.0 is just jousting values, but Major Juggler did release the 2.0 version which takes dial and actions into account to estimate a balanced cost. I believe 2.0 included the calculations, although it's out of date as far as the meta goes and the mat is beyond me. Mathwing 3.0 is supposed to be much more advanced, but Major Juggler has invested enough effort into it that he's sitting on it privately since that amount of math would be worth a lot professionally, or he could publish it academically. He does mention things from Mathwing 3.0 on occasion, but I think he's stopped since people understandably got annoyed about him citing "trade secrets" in discussions.
