Yup. Take a stress if you don't have one already while you are at it. You also get a TL and Focus to for the next round if you miss the second one.

Yeah, good catch. I've only ever used Bossk+TLT on a Moldy Crow.

FAQ v3.2: Twin Laser Turret is treated as two separate attacks against the same target.

This is what allows Bossk's trigger to be used, for the same reason he works so well with (or as?) Gunner.
