What are everyone's thoughts about this build? Dash: VI,Outrider,HLC Gold Squadron Pilot: TLT, BTL-A4, R3-A2 Blue Squadron Novice: R2 Astromech, Integrated Astromech

Dash is squishy and needs action economy to survive.

Change VI to lone wolf and add Recon Spec. Nix Blue and add something else to free up the 3pts you need to upgrade Dash. Keep Dash no closer than R3 of your other ships and you'll do fine.

I had an amazing game with this Dash (also had APL) where I lost the Ghost without firing a shot but made it up by destroying all but one of his TIE's (OL of course).
