SLAM question

By Vineheart01, in X-Wing Rules Questions

Never flown the Kwing and for some reason nobody around here uses it.

Recently got my hands on one and i insist on flying all my ships at some point, since i dont play ultimate competitive i can get away with less than optimal lists. But SLAM raises a question. When you SLAM are you locked on the same vector as before or is it just the same speed? (i.e. if i do a 2bank, if i slam is it a 2bank or can i do a 2straight or 2other bank?)

any move of the same speed. You can also bump with this or fly onto a rock.

most interesting. Thanks

any move of the same speed. You can also bump with this or fly onto a rock.

Or fly off the board.

Also, if coupled with Leebo and Advanced Slam, you can choose to do a 3 bank, followed by slam 3 bank (the other way), followed by AdvSL Leebo for a 1 boost, moving ~10 bases in one turn (fastest ship in the game!). Given you're ioned for the next turn and can't shoot, but I really want to do that just for SnGs :)

Thats sorta feeling like an EPT card i really wish was in the game. After performing a hard turn, you may perform a red 3straight. Doublestresses on some ships but that lets you do hard turns to dive into the fray: which is the reason i tried to run Daredevil a few times lol (to some degree of effect)
