Broken/Missing Pieces

I have to imagine this is not an uncommon problem when a game comes packed with little pieces like the FFG games do; but....

I picked up my copy tonight and am missing 2 ships, 3 bases and 1 of the ships is broken. :(

I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to let me know if there is a way to contact FFG about this or if I should just take the product back to the LGS I purchased it from and have him send it back for me.

You can try the shop that you bought the game from, but if you get nowhere then click the link at the bootom of this page for "User Support". Select Customer Service from the list and tell them your problem. Thaadd is a legend when it comes to customer support!

Indeed. Contacted FFG. They were very quick about contacting and getting the needed information to me so that they could mail me replacement pieces. Excellent customer service FFG!
