While stressed, the only restriction is you cannot perform red maneuvers.

White are not restricted.

Green are not restricted, and come with the additional benefit of clearing your stress afterwards.

You generally can't perform Actions either but if you're just looking at maneuvers Stress only prevents Red ones.

Green maneuvers remove A stress token. I wouldn't say "clearing your stress afterwards" because that seems to imply that performing a green maneuver will remove ALL Stress tokens a ship has just like being Ionized removes all Ion tokens. A green maneuver will only remove ONE Stress token so if you pile them on it may take a long time to get rid of all of them.
