Latest Angry Space Triangles, and UK Cardiff Regionals

By jhox, in Star Wars: Armada

Hey all,

I've put forward a few of my thoughts on the soon-to-be-released flotillas of Wave 3, based on nothing but conjecture and guesswork. Not played any games since the UK Sheffield Regionals, now feeling sort of antsy about getting some games of Armada in, because I miss it, and am worried I'm getting rusty.

On a side note, who's going to be attending Cardiff Regionals in a couple of weeks time? I'll be there, all being well, ready for action and inevitable defeat.

Snap....... Not feeling confident but would be chuffed to bits if I could get in the top 8.

Unfortunately, the only way I could end up in Cardiff is if the Torchwood Institute decides I shouldn't be out and about.

Thanks for the article!

I'll be there, not sure what state I'll be in but I'll be there.

Good article but you are wrong about Slicer Tools. Distance 3 is a tiny bit bigger than medium range. So it is a medium to close ability which for a ship with a scatter is a good and bad thing.

I don't think Repair Crew Gozanti's will last long. They sound good but you are forcing yourself to keep a tight formation and you are showing off what order your activations will be. It is not the best of plans. Oh it will work but not for long. This game is more about aggressiveness which is why I agree with your assessment on the Commanders. So Repair Crews won't be as bit of a success as most think.

I'll be heading to Cardiff, a top eight finish would be nice but looking forward more to playing without having to panic about placement

Mmmmm Eve Myles.
