ALmost certainly not, but it would be fun.

The more common variant I've seen is Omicron, Electronic Baffles, Tractor Beam, Tactician.

Than, you have a semi-decent dial (in exchange for self-damage) and can deliver some meaningful control and a not-insignificant amount of damage.
