I love running named ties.
Me too! I started back in Wave 1 and always loved the humble Tie Fighter. Once the Tie Interceptor came out, people just didn't regard the Tie Fighter too much. I've done amazing things with mine through the years. Their dials are good and with Barrel Roll they can get to crazy places. The named guys are all higher PS than you would think. With so many of them out these days, you really can build an effective Tie Fighter list that shoots well enough. The one weakness was always that it was low attack dice. Not anymore....
