As some of you know, EA has the licence for Star Wars video games. At a press conference today, they touched on a bit of work they're doing on a few different games.
Nothing I would call "news" per se. No real details as of yet. But there are probably a fair few people reading this who would like to know what is coming down the pipe:

]) with way too much Imperial presence, I wonder where is it set timeline-wise.
The Respawn game is the most intriguing. I mean the promise of it featuring "a different style of gameplay and takes place in a different timeline we have yet to explore with our EA Star Wars titles"... well, until you realise that all they've explored so far is Original Trilogy in Battlefront:EA and now non-canon ~3500 years BBY. By 2018 they will add Episode VII and maybe VIII with SWBF:EA 2 and again ~Original Trilogy with Visceral title.
So they will have not explored (-[infinity];0BBY)||(4ABY;34ABY)||(30-something ABY; +[infinity]) by then.
I'm fairly sure I saw a screen of an X-wing cockpit. That could be a very, very good sign...
I think it was just Battlefront.

The most concrete thing seems to be that Bossk will be a future playable character in Battlefront.

Bespin gameplay will be shown on the 17th.
If you have the season pass you can play on the 21st. Otherwise it comes out on the 28th.
