Quick question does tactical jammer / obstacles still work against secondary weapons? I know you don't get the range bonus but if facing ordnance or turrets would you get the extra dice for obstruction? Thanks.

Yes, you get the extra green die if the attack is obstructed. It doesn't matter if the attack is with a primary or secondary weapon.
