Painted Miniatures from the Bespin Boxed Set

By matthewjksullivan, in Imperial Assault Painting and Modification

Here are all the minis from the Bespin Gambit Boxed Set.

I loved the mini for Davith -- great energy and poise in this miniature:

But I was not as happy with Murne. She looked silly with her pistol hanging limply in her hand, plus that awful staff. So I made a couple quick modifications:

I painted the Ugnaughts in the "traditional" blue apron. (By traditional, I mean I wanted them to look as much like a Kenner action figure as possible):

And finally with Wing Guard. A nice, simple miniature with good detail:

I've also created galleries with pictures of painted versions of all the Imperial Assault minis. If you're interested, you can find them here:

Thanks for looking! And if you have any question about what paints or colours I used, I'm happy to share.

Looking good, as always and as expected.

Thanks Kal!

What paint colour did you use for Murne's skin? Fantastic job your miniatures look awesome

Sorry about the late reply, Lord Citrus - I was out of town for a few weeks. I used a basecoat of Charred Brown (Vallejo paints), and then started highlighting with increasingly light combinations of Charred Brown mixed with Beasty Brown and a hint of Dwarf Skin. I made the lids of her eyes and the palms of her hands a little lighter -- using even more Dwarf Skin in the mixture.
