Magnificent 6 IC thread

"Coming back sooner, rather than later. Use the barrels as barricades. A few of them might have grenades in them." Teleth pulls out his pistol and shoots one of the bikers in the face causing his bike to collide with another. (Take this time to make your characters look cool and kill a few of the bikers without rolling, just keep it plausible. ;) have fun.)

Kane's blue blade hummed to life and he whirled it around him deflecting the shots from one of the bikers. The biker wheeled around sneering at Kane. Kane's hand made a slight gesture and a barrel sprang off the ground colliding with the speeder, knocking the biker off and hard on his shoulder and face.

Kane turned his attention to another biker who tried to flank him - this time his he took the trademark stance of his Shien style holding his blade up high and chopping downward on the speeder bike's fin stabilizers, sending the bike spinning uncontrollably into the wall of the bar.

He sensed another opponent coming up behind him and spun, too late, except one of Kane's new companions shot the biker from his ride in time to save Kane.

Kane gave a quick glance to see who he needed to shake hands with later then turned his attention back to the swarming pirates.

Jost punches a biker and steals his ride. He pulls the throttle hard, lifting the front off the ground.

Ping is a couple of blocks closer to the speeder group, but waits while hanging to hang onto the side of a building overhang. The multi-armed Besalisk watches as the first bikers go screeching past him. At the right moment he leaps across the road, using two of his arms to pull a biker off his speeder and slams him to the ground. Without glancing down he gives the dazed pirate a solid boot-to-the-head to knock him out.

As the surprised bikers look to engage the agile warrior, he rolls across the road as they fly down the street toward Teleth. As quick as his roll was, so was the flash of light igniting and then disappearing as a thin blade of his lightsaber briefly cuts through metal and wire. Ending up in a crouch near the wall of the side building, behind him two speeders cut in half careen to the ground, slamming their drivers to the forward into abrupt unconsciousness.

(Force leap, Brawl attack, Coordination roll, Quick Draw, lightsaber attack, Holster lightsaber)

Kolah takes up a position behind some barrels and uses them for cover. He braces his rifle and then lines up a shot. A quick squeeze of the trigger and he sends a pirate flying from his bike from the force of the blast. He lines up a second shot as his rifle cools down and then fires again sending yet another pirate to the ground from the force of his sniper fire. As the weapon cools once more he lines up a third shot, this time on one of the bikes themselves, then fires again sending the bike out of control and causing it to collide with another pirate swoop bike riding beside him.

AS you take out the pirates, the few remaining ones fly away. You look around enough pirates were killed to have their speeders transport the entire group.

Kane put his lightsaber away on his belt, no longer hidden in his robes.

Wiping sweat from his brow, he looked around at the dusty street and their new beat up speeders.

"We've got rides, now all we need is a solid plan. Anyone got any ideas? We might want to scout out their base first. We might be better off luring them out and into an ambush."

"That's a good idea, Kane isn't it." Teleth seems much more welcoming now than he was earlier, "The Terrentakk cave would probably be the best place for the ambush. We lure them there but don't go in. They get eaten." A savage smirk comes across Teleth's face at the last words.

Kolah smirks as the rest of the pirates retreat "Well if the rest of them are like this bunch we may not have much trouble as we initially thought" He slings his rifle over his shoulder and walks over to one of the speeder bikes and begins inspecting it to make sure it wasn't damaged to much during the scuffle. He then turns to the others.

"I can use my droids to map the town and surrounding area. That away we have some idea of the best places to defend this town are."

"Good idea. But unfourtantently, those people definently aren't the toughest. There used to be a coule Feeorins and four or five wookies in the crew. Not sure if they're still there though." Teleth's voice dies off slowly, "But you're right, we definently need a detealied, or even lightly-detailed map of the town in order ot be effective."

"Droids? That sounds promising, Kolah. I think I'll join you."

Ping picks through the results of the group's defense of the town. He takes any pirates that are still alive and binds them, then puts them aside. Next he moves those that died together and covers them with one of their cloaks, to be dealt with at another time. Now quickly searching through their belongings he collects the weapons and gear that the team may need to conquer the remaining pirates.

In his usual hurried manner he dumps the gear with Teleth and the others and goes back to bring in any of the pirates that are still alive and then finally the speeder bikes for evaluation.

"Well, that was messy by effective. I doubt they will be underestimating us again next time. Anyone know how to fix a speeder bike?" He holds up the bisected front end of one of the bikes he cut in half with his lightsaber.

"Don't think you'll be fixing that anytime soon." Teleth responds with a grin.

Kolah nods to Kane before stepping inside. He returns a few moments later with his back pack, placing it on the ground before them. He opens the bag up and pulls out two sphere shaped droids and turns them on. He pulls out a data pad next and types in some instructions. The droids whir to life and then split off in opposite directions to canvas the town.

"The town isn't that big so I don't think this will take long."

Ping unceremoniously drops the speeder parts and watches as the Mirialan releases the scouting droids. "I do think having a map of the area will help with future engagements."

He then squats down near the two unconscious and bound pirates and starts to check their condition. "Does anyone have any medical training? I will help the surviving pirates as I can, but this is not an area I have training. I know that if it is bleeding, put a hand on it," he demonstrates by putting a hand his side, "if it is still bleeding, then put another hand or two on it," again he puts more hands on his side, "and if still bleeding, then hands won't fix it."

One of the pirates groans in agony as you apply presure to the wound. The other screams at the top of his lungs until Teleth walks into the and returns with a pan, proceeding to put the man to bed with it.
