The basic Uboats strat is pot shot a scout for 2+ rounds, rocks in the middle, and bring Palob and Zuckuss in to PS kill a scout. Basically what you do to win vs scouts... Against aces with palp guri has to block and HWK does fun things for hopefully more than 2 rounds. Seems solid enough. That HWK dial is terrible though.
