I received my second set of Imperial Aces, and, well:

Bought a Scum and Villainy base set from flgs and there was a 3rd Z-95 taped to the outside of the package because one was broken inside. Bought it, glued the broken piece back on, and now have 3 Z-95 models.

The only one I've experienced thus far was the most wanted box set, where one of the laser cannons hadn't been glued onto the z-95 it belonged to... Fell right off as i was fitting it to the base for the first time.

Thankfully that was a really easy fix; quick drop of superglue, and now I can't even tell which z-95 was the bad one.

Send that pic to FFG customer support and they'll send you a new Interceptor too.

They got back to me within a couple days and sent a replacement quickly! I was impressed. I have had issues like this with other companies and most have not had this level of competency in dealing with the issue at hand. Props to FFG and Asmodeena for taking care of their customers!

Missing a gun pod on a raider. I'm not going to mess with it.

Returns on huge ships are handled through the store it was purchased in.

They would replace it for me but the only other one in stock has super warped wings.

Decided to keep the one with straight wings and just painted a blast mark where the gun should have been.

Must have seen a lot of action or something.

I sent them the pics, they've already gotten back to me about sending "replacement parts" and I have a USPS tracking number; wow! Seems FFG is a customer service oriented company! .......makes me wonder if this post played a roll at all. Thanks guys, especially AT Leader....
