Just wondering if there are any competitive builds using both death rain and the upcoming death fire bomber...?

Just like the idea of using them both together haha!

Looking forward to seeing what people come up with...

I don't know about competitive (I don't play competitively, only casually) but I've found Deathrain is a ton of fun to fly and pretty effective if you fly him right. Connor Nets, Enhanced Scopes, Seismic Charges (or Thermal Detonators if you have the points), and Extra Munitions and he can really ruin a ship's day. The trick is keeping him alive; punishers are not sturdy, particularly with Uboats flying around. Your best bet is to give the opponent another target he can't afford to ignore; something like arcdodging Soontir, Carnor Jax, Omega Leader, or something like that to draw fire in the initial joust. (If you have the points, you can throw Homing Missiles and Long-Range Scanners on Deathrain to give him an alpha strike option; but it's usually better to keep him cheap since he's going to melt under any sort of sustained fire).
