Vader, Advanced Targeting Computer
Bounty Hunter
Mine:
Dash, VI, HLC, Outrider
2x Blue Squadron Novices, R2 Astromechs, Integrated Astromechs.
What would you change in each build? What are their strengths and weaknesses?
I don't know much of the rebel side, but a super dash might be more in place.

The Empire list I would do something like this:
Whisper, VI, Agent Kallus, Fire Control System and Advanced cloaking device (41)
Vader, Adaptability, Title, Engine Upgrade and Advanced Targeting Computer (34)
2 Academy Pilots as blockers perhaps? (There's 25 points left to spend)
'cause both Whisper and Vader looks a bit underfitted.
