How about this?

Rey (45) with VI (1), Chopper (0), Kanan Jarrus (3), New Falcon Title (1)

Chewbacca (42) with Adaptability (0), C-3P0 (3), Jan Ors (2), Experimental Interface (3)

Kanan is insanely good with the new falcon title - it's still a white maneuver, so you get to remove the stress as soon as you get it and then still do an action. Chewy is a classic falcon tank (I moved 3P0 to him as his pilot ability is already pretty tanky), with Ors allowing him (or Rey) to evade if neccessary. Kanan also makes it easier for Chewy to clear PTL stress if Rey isn't looping that turn. Chopper is there because he's free and occasionally useful.

Other option would be to drop EI and upgrade Chopper to Kyle Katarn, to give Rey the extra focus (or evade with Ors).

Duh, I thought Threepio required an action for some reason - I don't have the card myself so I forgot what it did.
