Firstly, Great to see the return of the Painting Forum !

So Im going to start with the First Model I modified and re-painted.

My Scum YT2400

Here is the Model in its modified state with new scratchbuilt Cockpit and Engine nacelles.

And extra weapon pods, Sensor array and hull detail.

A good covering in Primer to see how everything looks....

And then the Repainting.

Firstly a coat of black for the shading

then lots of masking and multiple layers.....

I also like using Small plastic Crystals in the engine nacelles to give off a glare when the light hits them....

Simple Viper Re-paint.....

2nd StarViper but this one Heavily Modified with all of the wings,

cut into segments and reattached into something looking like a Stargate Goauld Fighter and the F302

that's a MUCH cooler starviper.. never liked the original ship, kinda the opposite of aerodynamic if you ask me..

Yes I know what you mean.

I know the wings on the Viper are supposed to fold down for atmospheric flight.

it is very insect looking.

Wanted my Second HWK to look like a........Hawk.

I like the Model as it is, But as I like using the HWK's so much, I decided to give them both that little extra.
