Actually, as Kovu said, lists are due by end-of-day 21st June (with round one starting the next day).

Grudge match challenges can be made from the 19th.

I'll start that new forum thread this week for fleets to be posted. These posts/fleets can be edited/changed right up to the commencement of round one.

Just wanna say hey and that I played the demo at gencon when it came out. Have ome friend I play with twice a month in the little cornfield towm of defiance ohio. I just love it more and more and gonna play my forst vassal games this week.

Side note: Am convincing my wife to use a vaction to gp to gencon again with my kids to get wave 3 & 4. But worried if we just go to just sunday kids day that theyll be sold out. Lol. So unbeknownst to my wife im trying to go on sat.

Me and my brother have game since preteen and have went now as adults the past 4 years. We all have kids now and my brother just had another infant so they bowed out this year. Tears. Will see what happens.

Anyways. Ive spent the last weeks reading every single link on all of your pages to all the other links to everything and more links and finally have all the ackronyms memorixed and all the builds and ships screenshotted and wow wow wow wow wow wow.

I am fully ingrained yet still so much to think anout and learm.

Felt a little wow until I see yall on here and realize the game is just that good.

When it comes to the actual event, my theory is they will swap to lists like the one below:

I can't talk about anyone else, but I've been practicing with Garm Frigates at Speed 3 for Weeks now, in anticipation...

My Cracken list is probably a disaster waiting to happen. Im gonna try Nebs though, and fly em out of character...FAST.

Ill try and avoid the close range "knife fight" and try to maintain range. We will see how it works.

Personally, Im thinking Cracken is better than Mothma. Basically permanant defensive quality there, no exhausting, good for every shot.

I will echo this. Its nigh on impossible to turn nebs at high speed.

Engine teching nebs with madine and liberty, now that i cant wait for.

I started reading that as a serious hand slap....thanks for the laugh this Monday morning....

Speed 3 Nebs aren't terrible... well not much worse than a speed 1 neb... or just any sort of neb really.

You must not play Nebulon-B's enough.

I played with 4 yesterday and was able to kill 2 Motti ISD's with only the loss of 2 Nebulon-B's.

Nebs are powerful but you have to respect their need for speed control. If you go too fast you will ruin your shots and put yourself into bad situations
