Doob, need a ruling on whether using Slicer Tools reveals the dial to the player using ST.
edit: Not for our current game, just moving forward. We're playing it "no" for now because it's not important enough to be worth pushing it in this particular game, but I'm pretty sure it's "yes."

Slicer Tools doesn't say anything about revealing the dial of the enemy ship, so the ruling is "no, your opponent doesn't have to reveal the dial of the targeted ship before you change it".
Just 12 hours left (well, a little less now) to get your fleets in for round three and four - deadline is Thursday July 21st 0001 GMT!

They said Wednesday, which was after the *original* deadline... but if the continuation of their game begins before the new deadline, that's fine.
It's too bad about those certain disqualifications for both MattShadowlord and Ginkapo. They were both doing so well and could have brought hope to their insignificant rebellion...

If you missed the deadline for submitting a new fleet for round three, then you must use the fleet you submitted for the first two rounds.
If you have yet to submit any fleet, then yousa goin' Full Jar Jar!
(this decision was made to ensure fairness during the round - being able to select between two fleets when your opponent's fleet was known could have provided an unfair advantage)
If you missed the deadline, you have until the end the of round three (Thursday August 4th 0001 GMT) to submit a fleet for round four. Players who have already submitted may not make further edits to their fleet.
End of line.
Hey guys, embarrassed to admit that I don't have a copy of the previous tournament regulations (the ones we're using for this tournament), and they're not up on the FFG website anymore. Does someone have a copy they can send me?
