Playing as the Empire, I have successfully captured Leia twice and Jedi Luke ZERO times. I always try for Luke first, then go after Leia next. Leia tends to be the leader kept in reserve to defend Luke. Leia (when not needed for defense) gets used last to move troops and is often left alone in a system. That's when Vader/Palpatine strike! Her talents make her Empire mission gold!

I like to capture and turn Mon Mothma. Then send her on Rule by Fear missions. It's so deliciously evil.
