In the recent Wave 9 announcement from FFG, under the Protectorate Starfighter section, they mention the Mandalorians using the Fang fighter to: "execute the deadly head-on charges of the Concordia Face Off maneuver"
Does anybody have a web link to or good explanation of what this maneuver involves and/or Rebels episode reference so I can see it in action? Rudimentary google and forum searching results in less than relevant or useful results...
Concordia Face Off maneuver, what is it?
since its from rebels im assuming it involves spinning. thats a good trick
Little Anni, is that you?

While I appreciate the wittiness in your reply, I fail to understand the correlation you are trying to make between The Phantom Menace and Rebels TV series or the relevance any of it has to do with my original question.
In the rebels show the Mando fighters can spin their wings around the cockpit. One of the pilots used this while jousting with some rebel A-wings. I assume this will allow the new fighters to get an evade or some other token while flying into into someone's arc. Maybe even a barrel roll!
All I can think of is Nicholas Cage with "I'd like to take his face...off" :/
OK here you go - the episode is The Protector of Concord Dawn. Here is the fight scene...the relevant part begins at 2:05
Edit: 2:11 wow, he really needs to change his weapons convergence distance. Spinning his wings seems to just make him miss more as the A-Wing is narrow on the vertical plane. XD
Edit edit: video embedded, thanks.
Edited by spacebugFly right at your enemy with all guns blazing, somehow survive, come up with snazzy name for the glory of Mandalore.

Edited by FTS GeckoI think it is a fancy way of saying " they fly right at you and due to their pilot abilities, get a bunch of bonuses."
Don't expect a new dial move.
Fang Fighter (Foo Fighter?): the ultimate in pew-pew.
Why am I reminded of the player ship from Galaga?

The Fang Fighters look fine spinning.
But the moment I saw an Inquisitor fly with one of those spinning double-bladed lightsabers, I couldn't stop laughing.
Flying inquisitor Wave 11! With glider ewok and mynock
I hope it not this...
