Are we taking the shadow caster title plus 3 other ships?

It could work, but there are several missing pieces to know for sure. I am hoping the "Gyro" upgrade gives a free move arc action (but looks like it would have after certain conditions). The upgrade that keeps TB tokens on the table is important too (likely Ketsu crew).

Can't get 4 Lancers, but the PS2 looks like it is 32 points, which means you could get 3.

We dont see 3 Firesprays anymore, and i doubt the mobile arc makes a big enough difference that we would see 3 Lancers.

if we can get a cheaper Lancer, say

you get 18 points between 3 ships for 99 total

which is Blacksun soldier with homing missile and gchips, I guess (or a crack Tansarii vet if you want to add insult to injury)
