I would only take Rage if you have some way to mitigate (or benefit from) the extra Stress. Epsilon Leader is one option (although tying an agile Tie/Fo to a brick like the Decimator does rather hobble it).

This has been in my must try out pile for a while. Not flown Zeta Leader yet but he sounds like a good buy!

That is a tricky one. With U-boats being the new black, PS3 is an awkward place to be now. You either want to be lower and nimble so you can reliably block or higher but shooty so you can get your damage in first.
