Verena uses Close Quarters and kills a figure. Can she now use Close Quarters again because another adjacent hostile figure is defeated?

The question is when reading the RRG (abilities) is it still the same timing instance so she can't or is it another timing instance so she can?

It is a different figure being defeated, so it would seem clear that it is not the same timing instance, so she can perform Close Quarters if she can afford the strain cost.

There are examples of her being able to move across the field using her abilities and killing 3-4 figures with it pending she has enough strain to perform it that many times and she kills each figure.
