I don't know if I can even type anything coherent, but I'll do my best! I'm just sooooooooo excited about my new Gozanti-class Cruiser. I just got it today and it is sweet!!!!

One thing that worried me is that I only have a single playmat, so I won't be able to field 300 points on a 6'x3' play area as suggested. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the mission takes place on a standard 3'x3' playmat. How cool!!!!

I'm gonna play the first mission of the campaign with my wife tomorrow. I am so looking forward to it! I decided to give her a bunch of main Rebels from episodes IV-VI. To that end, she'll be flying Han Solo with Chewbacca and C-3PO as crew, with Luke Skywalker and R2-D2 flying cover.

Looking toward the future, I'm excited to finally have 8 TIE/ln Fighters! I can't wait to start flying an 8-TIE swarm in standard!. I know this list has its issues, but it's something I wanted to do way back in wave 1, but knew it wasn't worth buying that many TIEs for a single squad. Now that the Gozanti brings me 2 more TIEs, I can finally take this squad into action! I have high hopes for it. I've been having a great time blocking ships with my Scyks and I think it'll be more of that same thrill with the TIEs.

I'm so giddy about my new toys!!!

I just got my third yesterday and just leaving t in the box and smiling when I walk by it on my desk with the rest of Wave 8... love these toys so much.

Working on turning my 3rd into a dedicated scum freighter, no guns, so similar role to the Reb Transport...hoping that the Wave IX card to do with dropping cargo will be usable, then I will have cargo pods that can fit on small base stands to drop off in its wake...

...had a bit of 'writers block' about a colour scheme for it, but hopefully got that sorted now...just lots of cargo to get painted up & weathered !

Got a couple of AT-AT's to mount on #2, and hoping a couple of AT-DP's that are coming will look ok with it, too...

#1 is kept as a factory-finish version with TIE's [or sometimes Ints/Adv]

A great model, but I'm running out of space to keep my stuff, so will have to resist getting any more
