So I now have every single expansion currently released for D2e, 5 of the H&M packs and 4 lieutenant packs. I found a great tackle box to hold every figures and tokens, and a file folder for the tiles.

What I need help with is something to hold the cards. I have a regular sized card box for the standard sized cards, but I can't find anything that will work well for all the mini cards this game has. I need it to be no wider than a standard size card box so I can fit it in the side compartment of my tackle box. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

For small cards and tokens I personally found plano boxes to be perfect. You can even find ones with adjustable compartment sizes

I would do that but I have them sleeved so they don't fit.

My cards are sleeved also, but there are a lot of them to choose from. I just went to the local crafts store with my card measurements and picked one up for screws also could try making a custom insert with foamcore (I will try that tomorrow myself) http://www.orderofgamers.com/downloads/Descent2ndEdition_foamcore_v1.1.pdf here you can find plan for core box, they have tutorial videos on the site so you can make an insert that suits your needs

I use the two small box to fit almost every single small/medium monsters. I place the spiders/barghest and such (2squares or small larges) in the side boxes of the top. The middle empty space is filled by large/huge monsters.

The middle boxes are used to fill basically everything my players need; class skills, dices, health, stamina, class tokens, familiars, etc. The highest box is in a different shape; that's my overlord box: Monsters and lieutenant cards, search, items, relic and conditions cards and tokens.

The left side fits perfectly to place the hero sheets and 4 rows of hero figurine.

I use a whole other box for everything that is map-based; doors, search tokens, objective tokens. It's a plain plastic legal document box with compartiments on the top, found it at walmart. I then use legal separator to sort my map tiles.

Sadly, while the expansions keep coming, I found myself a bit forced to use a final third small box which contains everything of the lieutenant packs. Valyndra alone takes some space

I highly recommend this box, it's a bit pricey, but my things are really well sorted and divided, and it's easy to put it back without a mess. The small boxes are a little tight for small/medium figurines, but they fit with the right tetris mind

I too started with slightly modified "Order of gamers" insert. After I got all big&small expansions I decided to create my own .

IMHO you´ll never find perfect piano box to store all content. There will always will be some sort of compromise.

I've bought Gothsonika's inserts for Imperial Assault and I think they're fantastic.

Looks like he just released his Descent 2nd Ed core insert ... and I ordered it immediately.
