Ahoy there

No idea if this is something that's not considered OK to do on these forums, since I'm only newly registered here - if I offend, now 'tis not on purpose.

Anyway, with the summer coming up and me being more on my own time, I was hoping to find some people to do a bit of EotE/AoR/FnD roleplaying with on here. My RL-RP group is doing alright, but we're on pretty different schedules, and since I've been the one GM'ing lately I'd love to join as a player for once.

So... yeah. Holler if you're looking for a new player for a little sum'thin'-sum'thin'. Glad to be here - newly registered, but I've been lurking a bit and the community seems quite pleasant.

Welcome to the forums! Officially, anyway. As you have seen, there is a nice smattering of PbP games wandering between the various FFG SW forums here. If these aren't quite to your liking, or you're having trouble finding stuff, I would also strongly encourage you to check out roleplayinggames.net. I am, of course, biased since I play on three wonderful games there, two of the them Star Wars, but it's worth a look.

Sadly, there are no currently recruiting games (although it's possible, but not likely, that one of the games I play in - a Force and Destiny game - might be looking to replace a character who had to drop out). That said, you can pop over into the recruiting boards and make a bit of a stink about it, and I'm sure a GM will crop up. Hey, I might if I get bored enough, but definitely not anytime this month due to some scheduled trips.
