Well right now I think the clone war factions will be the next factions but not before the Resistance and 1stOrder get enough ships to be an independent faction in its own right.
As for how the clone wars could be in I don't think the primary faction would work as Republic would be closer to Imperial than Rebels and the reverse for the CIS. So here is a wheel I came up with.
