Davith Elso + Pummel

By weaponxmerc, in Imperial Assault Skirmish

If you use Pummel on Davith Elso, could you potentially get 3 attacks in if you can trigger Fell Swoop during one of the two given to you by Pummel?

*Edit* I realize now this should have gone in the Rules forum, but now I'm not sure how to delete this thread.

I don't see why not.

Hell if there's enoughost targets and enough surges couldn't you get 4?

[Edit] missed the once per round on fell swoop. Not sure how many other melee attackers you'd have in a Rebel list with Davith so Pummel might not be worth it just for him...?

Diala, Wookie Warriors, Gaarkhan

Pummel- To the Limit- Vanish.

I'm not sure you can To the Limit after Pummel can you?

It's a double special action rather than a single, Would be interested in how others have been playing that but we've been playing it as you can't

I do think Pummel is a single special action you need to spend two actions for.

We have a ruling that you only get one strain if you are bleeding when performing special actions that require you to spend two actions.

(So, although the iconography of special actions is not 100% consistent, when using their wordings, To The Limit could be used after any special action regardless of how many actions you needed to spend to use it.)

Pummel is a special action that takes 2 actions to preform.

Special actions are denoted on components by the A icon. A figure can choose to spend one of its actions to resolve a special action from one of its cards. If an ability has two A icons, it costs the figure two of its actions to resolve this ability.

Pummel, not To The Limit is a special action that you spend 2 actions to perform.
