It's a good sign that they are "at the printer" instead of languishing "In Development"
It's a pretty good indicator of what many of us suspected, which is Armada got de-prioritized and now that the backlog is clearing a bit they are shooting things straight to print.

I mentioned this the other day and they definitely weren't on the tab for a few days after the announcement.
The ships will be leaving the dry dock soon, they just need to organise the paper work for the intergalactic shipping commission.
