I don't think that's missing as the Shadow Caster title allows you to tractor after a shot with the swivel-turret.

I can't see anything wrong with this at all: it's exactly like another Firespray, except for the stat line, the dial, the mobile firing arc, the pilot abilities, and the title.

What scum needs more is another decent small base Ace. We'll have to see if Fenn Rau fills the role better than Talonbane tried to.

Scum already had the Firespray, YV-666 and J5K as large bases that are good. Now Scum has more large base ships than any other faction and not a single decent small base Ace.
