So I've found a build that I love which works really well with Gonk. Anyone else out there have a tested build using Gonk that they like?

I think everyone is missing the more important question. Which is, has anyone found a good soundboard for the gonk noise on their phone yet? I need a button to push everytime I use it.

Kath can bank shields early and GONK them back later with another action thanks to Experimental Interface. Wired combos nicely on offense and defense, plus you don't have to be afraid to keep your stress and do a hard turn since you'll keep its bonus. She hits hard with 4+ dice with re-rolls everywhere, and is very tanky with the extra shields, Wired re-rolls, and Evade action.
Tel effectively gets 2 Hull out of the Upgrade, giving the list even more "regeneration". P1 title helps his offense, though that is the key to this list: managing Tel's TL's and Foci to make sure he's pulling his weight. It's always gratifying to watch an opponent's "aha!" moment when Greedo, Salvaged Astro, and/or Determination combo to discard hit after hit against Tel.
*Equal PS helps you move more flexibly and lets Kath's HLC knock off shields so Greedo can land crits on hull.

Which is a stupid ruling because they could have simply worded GONK like Miranda Doni if they didn't want you to use both in one turn (i.e. one ability with an "or").
One tough thing is that Kaths greens suck. Cool though.
Which is why, as noted, Wired is nice because you still have action efficiency of a sort while doing a white maneuver and staying stressed instead. A 4-straight can be surprising when they're expecting a green and you get to open up with the Butt Gun™.
