The kill condition in this deck is pretty obvious; repeated blows to the head using Fei Long's Forward Kick. The rest of the deck is pretty defensive, Chester's for cancelation and life gain, Inhuman for R cancelation, Make a Difference to stop multiples and so on.

Have you thought of running a Evil Foundation base? You get access to cards like ***, and Bitter Rivals, which push Forward Kick through.

I second the evil foundation base. one of my team mates ran a Hanzo kick deck with the evil foundation base and it works quite well.

Legendary Legs should go in here to combo with Chain Throw to recur Kicks.

I think I'd rather see Omnidirectional Clusterbomb over Hurricane Punishment, because ODCB has a great action side to help control wars.
