How does one shroud a lightsaber?

Is this an empty handle like in that horrible animated movie Starchaser?

Does he put it in an opaque poster tube so that he ends up with a... stick?

nothing in the artwork is implying any sort of shroud on that thing...

Maybe that's just what he likes to call it because it sounds cool and sneaky, like him.

Shroud, as in "covered" or "enveloped".

It's a sneaky lightsaber.

I think it is simply talking about the hide application being applied to it. The light from the lightsaber is dampened in some way, likely due to a hazy crystal or some crap to make it less obvious. The light is less intense, and thus the damage is less impressive. Like a silencer on a bazooka.
