When the new ending Warlock Quests is in effect & when the characters receive the 4 Quests, are they to be completed as soon as possible as they did when receiving them from the Warlocks Cave, ie lose a Craft Quest do you have to lose one as soon as you receive one, if so there is a Quest which says Lose Two Turns, do you have to miss your first two turns at the very start of the game.

Yes, the Warlock cards, that you get with the Warlock Ending Quests, must be completed as soon as possible.
If you get the quest: lose two turns, then you must lose your first 2 turns immediately.
