Was just skimming through the rule book.

It does not mention that the travel cards included in this expansion should be put in the same pool as other travel cards.

My guess is that they should be put in the same pool.

IMHO they are supposed to be in the pool. They aren't removed if you play without rumors... at least it's not unfair or game breaking or anything.

You should always add all components to their respective supplies.

Unlike the Nerekhall City event cards, these are Travel Cards and so part of the Travel deck.
