Im pretty sure you can't use dash (give an additional movement action to a monster) on a zombie since in its card its stated that it can not have more than 1 movement action on its turn, but a friend of mine said that the dash gave him a movement outside of his card limit, and that he saw this being used in his other playgroup.

Is this possible? I think its not but need confirmation.

The only time you can't use frenzy or run is, if the rules in the questbook tell you "XYZ" is only allowed to move/attack once per turn.

Like for example Skarn in some of his quests.

(Yeah, that's because of the change to the golden rule.)
