Best speech on losing that ive ever heard. I hope everybody hears that. Im sure we will meet again. I hope the pnw develops into a great competitive scene. Seems like we got some great players in the area. As much as you would like a chance for redemption. I also want a chance to show that all the time in the world wouldnt help. It does suck that being rushed caused so many mistakes on both sides. I used a squad command once only on Ig88 to attack a zombie vette. Probably should engineering captain'd that.

I was super surprised and mildly angry when Jim talked about the rounds being cut short. That's some BS of the highest order. Is there even anywhere to complain about that to? I mean does FFG care about that kind of stuff?

FFG most certainly does. Breaking the fairness and rules of any premier level event can result in sanctions - and that group not being able to hold that event - or indeed, potentially any future events...

As unfortunate as it was conventions like this are a rarity in the pacific northwest. Personally,id rather give them the chance to fix it. I know the staff wasnt happy about it. They are gamers too. Its only the second year of the convention. I will say theres no wiggle room for them. If i saw a start time anywhere after/near 3pm id start bitching to the proper people.

The one element i don't know is why we started an hour late. Im assuming fleet sheets being turned in late. Should of had sheets in @4pm dials down @430
