Anyone get it yet? How does it compare to Greyjoy expansion? (is it new player friendly)

The expansion comes with 2x of each card. Was Kings of the Sea like this?

No, Kings of the sea had exactly 1 copy of every card and a resin house card. FFG heard their customers voice and changed the distributions in the Martell expansion.

Is this deck intended to be used in its entirety against the core decks of the other factions? The core sets start with 45 cards a piece.

I'm most interested in knowing which plots are in the expansion, so if someone can translate them for me, I'd be much obliged. Of course I'm aware Threat from the North is there, but I honestly don't know the other 6.

Each of those dual House reprints is a welcome addition to the card pool. I am particularly enthused about joffrey and Ser Jorah.

And Mag the Mighty - i was always a fan of his. Nice to see some wildling love in this expansion. should be fun.

I noticed according to the spoilers (spanish) there does not seem to be any attachments in the set. And Martell had some particularly nasty ones in the past

Actually, assuming the Spanish spoilers are not in error, it looks like at least one of them is a modified reprint. The Red Wedding LOOKS like it gained the Power Struggle trait in this set.

If you take out the 5 non-Martell dual House cards, and probably mess around with the gold/reducing locations between the 2 deck copies a bit, then yes, this could be played out of the box against other Core Set decks and the GJ expansion deck.

When was the last time Alliance was legal in the current play environment? I use it all the time in draft, but I simply don't remember having it available in Standard/LCG for a long time.
