Rebel fleet massing near Sullust
I've said it once but I'll say it again: Heroes of the Resistance is "Rebel Veterans".
I don't feel Resistance = Rebels.
I know they can work together right now, but to me they aren't the same.
I suspect them splitting factions in the future, if the game in the current edition survives long enough and if more resistance and FO ships appear in the upcoming films.
Remember, there's an unspoiled astromech and a couple of unspoiled EPTs in the Heroes of the Resistance pack that could be potential X-Wing fixes.
The Pr...Thru(sters?) card even has a X-Wing pic on it(!). Would'nt be surprised at all that even then some will complain about the T65 being too weak.
Edit: typo.
Edited by ManagarmrThe T-70 is the X-Wing fix. Sorry.

"Once pre round, when dice are cancelled, you may choose 1 of the cancelled dice to put aside. Apply that dice's results as normal"
Accuracy Corrector a hit blank blank? Save the Hit, cancel the blanks, get 3 hits.
Got Crack Shot? Save the evade.
Ion Cannon got a hit hit Crit and opponent got no evades?? Save the Crit, two damage Ion cannon.
Man, I am either asleep or your brilliant or both. I am intrigued by your ideas and what you're getting at, but I'll admit have no idea what they mean. Can you help a brother?
These would be like printing money for FFG:
T-65 X-wing green stripe re-paint (bonus if Rogue Squadron name involved...you can't have the 181st and Emperor's Guard and not have the Rogues. That's just silly)
Rebel Y-wing gray squadron re-paint (more than 2 named pilots (and more than 4 total pilots) for the Rebellion's most commonly used starfighter of the Galactic Civil War)
Jabba's ship
TIE/sf
Kylo Ren's dorky shuttle
A lot of people fail to understand that every release is by nature not another release: there's only so much time on the design schedule.
So even if it would be like printing £20 notes, why do that when they could print 50s instead?
To address more specifically:
Content for the T-65 announced later this year I think is pretty likely given the ship's oft questioned balance state and the upcoming Rogue One with its black and grey T-65.
The Y-wing though? I doubt that. And before anyone says BTL-S3, that's the Y-wing without BTL-A4: the second crewmember on a BTL-S3 is the turret gunner.

He means an upgrade that would allow ships to ignore the instruction to cancel a die. If that still doesn't make any sense, don't worry about it: that's a Palpatine-tier upgrade, and no ship that can take an astromech needs to see a boost that strong.
way of the world, Big Boss
part of this is FFG's own fault. The game is so **** good that when something isn't perfect, it stands out and is easy to complain about.
I still say TLT's will kill this game. you mark my words.
Sorry, I meant triple Scouts, of course.
Sorry, I'm obviously more tired than I thought, it's the next thing that is probably in Wave 9 that will kill the game. You wait and see
Dats another thing... some whole-asses on here actually want the game to die... and they hate that guys like us LOVE THE GAME, well, dam -dem-fools sez I!

Maybe 25% chance crack shot might come around, but that's low, Acc corrector 3 hits? Who care! 3 hits isn't big age these day, most things can shrug it off. On an ion cannon? Yea, we all know how they are so good already and don't need a boost.

Why is it over powered? You still rolled the one hit or evade you're saving. Tell me at any point where that is an over powered upgrade and I will stand down, but I honestly don't see it.
I think maybe (and I'm going out on a Star Wars-esque limb here) moving a dice beyond rolling or re-rolling it is using the Force, not playing the game as mortals. I believe the Lore would agree that only the dark side can do such things; because it's just not right for a sane world.
"Good. I can feel your anger. I am defenseless. Take your weapon! Strike me down with all your hatred, and your journey towards the dark side will be complete!" - Palpatine

Ha! Dark side! Meet technology. There's nothing Palpatine could do that R2D2 couldn't, and on top of that R2 could jetpack.

Because canceling dice is a step in the combat phase. If you have an upgrade that says "once per round, when you'd cancel a die, don't do it," you have an uncancelable hit on any attack you make.
You could make it apply only to upgrade cards, but it tangles up the rules for upgrade cards that allow you to make attacks: one reasonable interpretation would make ion cannons an automatic hit.
But even if it worked solely based on your intent, the interaction with Accuracy Corrector alone breaks the card at 2 points. A nearly automatic 3 hits and crits is amazingly good. It's too good. The interaction with TLT is a problem, too: who wants TLTs that can do 3 damage? Or TLTs that can crit you?
Y-wings will most likely see some action in the Rogue One, and the Y really needs some new pilots, it's the fighter from the goddamn original "Star Wars" movie and it only has only two named pilots, the copycat T-70 will soon have three times as much!A lot of people fail to understand that every release is by nature not another release: there's only so much time on the design schedule.

"Yes, hate of the T-70 runs deep in this one..." And, in me too, I cannot come to grips with it; simply cannot.
Ah! I didn't think of how the upgrade would interact with the game mechanic of attack and Defense results. The developers would have to change it to "if an upgrade requires you to cancel all dice" then at that point, for 3 points, I think a crit on a TLT or 3 hit accuracy corrector is fine.
I think the design team is looking to add more new content (besides finding design space for new movies) than conducting fixes. Therefore I would speculate no new Rebel Veterans but a few cards for Rogue One than can assist the X-Wing.
