According to who? Isn't "on the boat" mean there is something like 8-12 weeks it goes on sale? I think we just passed 8 weeks, which means we can still wait until the end of June.
They pulled the photo from their Facebook page today claiming they got new info from their distributor that the date given to them was incorrect and the product does not yet have a release date scheduled. http://m.imgur.com/RZSFyQZ
As it turns out so far only the pre-order option went live, so you can give someone money now and wait for an unknown amount of time for your purchase to arive

I must admit I was rather hoping for some details when I clicked on this, and whilst I agree with Joe that more X-Wing news is and always will be a great thing, I feel that I've been"Bait and Switched" here.
I will be shocked if Veterans is for sale before Origins. Wave 9 I can wait for a bit, the Raider wait has taught me it gets here when it gets here.
That all being said Joe has a passion for this game few could match, carry on trooper!

The sad thing is that unless it has a REALLY REALLY cool ship in it (such as the rumoured ARC, or of course the GUNBOAT) I'm not that excited.
I feel the same way . But then again, I'm never excited because I don't know what they are actually releasing and when I do, I'm usually like a dog with a slipper.
Even expansions I don't care too much about - like Imperial Vets, as I almost never fly Imp - still excite me as it's more "new stuffz"

ALL CAPS WAVE NINE expresses excitement at an announcement. Actually, to be really honest, ALL CAPS should be used moderately sparingly. it looks like you're screaming.
