I wrote this up for my personal games but wanted to share them anyway.
I ended up writing up material myself when either A. I can't find it already or B. I don't like the ones that are already wrote up by other people.
So once again, feel free to use or ignore as you see fit. Enjoy.
All Chaos Hulls suffer from the following Trait.
Traitorous Air: These vessels are known for their heresy, and to be in possession of one is to garner suspicion and unwanted attention. The inquisition will demand to check your vessel if they see it, if dealing with members of the Imperial Navy or Inquisition and they recognize the vessel type or that you are from the vessel you will incur a -10 to all social tests as they will be hesitant to trust you. In addition crews know of the hull's cursed past and even if your ship was recently manufactured and has never been touched by the forces of cause they will be uneasy, -20 to starting moral.

Weapon Capacity: Prow 1, Port 2, Starboard 2
Carrier: This ship comes pre-equipped with 2 Devastation Launch Bays installed (1 Port, 1 Starboard). The hull's space has already been reduced to account for this, however when the ship is constructed it must be able to provide 2 power (1 per bay).
Hull: Slaughter Class
Crew: 80,000 Approx
Speed: 9 Manoeuvrability: +5
Detection: +5 Armour: 20
Hull Integrity: 68 Turret Rating: 2
Space: 75 SP: 60
Weapon Capacity: Prow 1, Port: 2, Starboard 2

Space: 75 SP: 68
Weapon Capacity: Prow 1, Port 2, Starboard 2
Additional Plasma Conduits: All Carnage class cruisers have many heavy plasma conduits increasing power at a cost of safety. Any plasma drive installed on a Carnage increases power generated by 8. However, every time a Carnage takes a critical hit, there is a 15% chance it suffers an additional Fire! critical hit as well.

(Heavy Cruisers)
Hull: Hades Class
Crew: 130,000
Speed: 7 Manoeuvrability: +5
Detection: +10 Armour: 20
Hull Integrity: 75 Turret Rating: 2
Space: 78 SP: 70
Weapon Capacity: Dorsal 1, Prow 1, Port 2, Starboard 2
Heavy Cruiser: This ship counts as a battlecruiser for rules on fitting components and can use "cruisers only" components.
Command Vessel: The hades is often used as a flagship, the hades comes pre-equipped with a Fleet Flag Bridge component (This counts as the Bridge essential component). The hull's space has already been reduced to account for this, however when the ship is constructed it must be able to provide 4 power to this component.
(Hades variants: The Acheron, Styx, Hecate and Hellfire.)
These other cruisers can be built simply by using the Hades as a base template and applying the components on top. Example to make the Styx heavy cruiser, just equip it with two Devestation Launch Bays, a Dorsal long range lance and a prow laser battery.

(Battleships)
Hull: Despoiler Class Battleship
Crew: 180,000 approx.
Speed: 4 Maneuverability: -5
Detection: +12 Hull Integrity: 120
Armour: 21 Turrets: 4
Space: 110 SP: 120 (This represents the rarity of these vessels or the efforts that have to be taken to have one built)
Weapon Capacity: Prow 1, 1 Dorsal, 3 Port, 3 Starboard
Battleship: Battleships can use 'Cruiser Only' and 'Grand Cruiser Only' components.
Carrier Vessel: The Dispoiler comes pre-equipped with 2 Domination Pattern Launch Bays that take up, 1 starboard and 2 prow weapon capacity slots. These are built into the design and nearly impossible to remove and can only be replaced with similar components. The hull's space has already been reduced to account for this, however when the ship is constructed it must be able to provide one Power to each component (4 in total).
Flicker in the Field: The Despoiler has an odd curse following it in the warp. Regardless of the type of gellar field installed, the barrier is never stable, flickering and pulsing against the Immaterium, these become especially apparent on long journeys through the warp. Any time a despoiler class battleship makes a warp jump that will last more then 7 days it must make warp encounter checks at half the usual time. (A roll every 3 days instead of 5, every 2 days instead of 3)
Legacy of Heresy: Even if new, the despoiler has a dark reputation, a reputation earned in the shadows of the Imperium. When interacting with pirate forces you gain a +10 to all intimidation checks if you are on the ship or the person/group knows you are from the vessel. When interacting with sedition or heretic forces or groups you gain a +10 to charm tests if they are aware you come from the vessel as every Despoiler has eventually fallen to chaos.
Hull: Chaos Desolator Class Battleship
Crew: 160,000 approx.
Speed: 5 Maneuverability: +0
Detection: +14 Hull Integrity: 100
Armour: 22 Turrets: 4
Space: 100 SP: 95
Weapon Capacity: 2 Dorsal, 1 Prow, 2 Port, 2 Starboard
Battleship: Battleships can use 'Cruiser Only' and 'Grand Cruiser Only' components.
Ancient Warship: This ship comes pre-equipped with Mars-Pattern Torpedo Tubes in its prow slot. These are built into the design and nearly impossible to remove and can only be replaced with similar components. The hull space has already been reduced to account for this, however when the ship is constructed it must be able to provide 2 power for the component.
(Desolator Variants: Chaos Desecrator Class Battleship)
To create the desecrator battleship, simply add two Jovian Pattern landing bays. place lance batteries in the other port and starboard slots then affix macro-cannon (or laser batteries) to the dorsal slots.

(Components)
Devastation Pattern Launch Bays: (Strength: 2, Space: 5, Power: 1)
These bays usually house Swiftdeath Fighters and Doomfire Bombers.
Domination Pattern Launch Bays: (Strength: 4, Space: 10, Power: 2, SP: 1) - Battleship Only
Integrated Bays: These are Large bays that have to be integrated into the design of the ship from construction. A ship may not have a Domination pattern launch bay installed after the ship has been constructed and may not remove a Domination launch bay after its construction and prevents the ship from having the armoured prow
Massive Bay: A ship can only support 2 of these components (one in a port and starboard side) and can not have any more installed. The Domination pattern launch bay must be installed on either a port or starboard slot.
Rare Component: Outside of ancient Gloriana and the experimental Despoiler class Battleships these bays have been mostly abandoned and few forges outside of Mars and Heretical Mechanicus in the Eye of Terror know how to construct these bays.
These bays usually house Swiftdeath Fighters and Doomfire Bombers.
Banefire Lance: (Strength: 1, Damage: 1d10+2, Crit Rating: 3, Range: 12, Space: 4, Power: 9, SP: 4)
Banefire Lance Battery: (Strength: 2, Damage: 1d10+2, Crit Rating: 3, Range: 12, Space: 6, Power: 13, SP: 4)
Dreadclaw Drop Pod Launch Bays: (Space: 3, Power: 1)
Saturine-pattern Class 6 Drive: (Space: 22, Power: 120, SP: 3) - Battleship Only
These ancient drives are used to to power the mighty ships of the old Imperium. Many of these drives are ancient dating back to the great crusades and can not be manufactured anymore in most cases. However they are unmatched in their power output allowing Battleships to bring to bear full compliments of the power hungry ancient energy weapons and lances of the Imperium. These are rarely seen outside the ranks of the Traitor fleets or the venerated old battle barges of the original chapters of Astartes.
Jovian Pattern Class 5 Drive: (Space: 20, Power 97) - Battleship Only
The STC Battleship Drive.
Mars Battleship-Class Shield Array: (Space: 6, Power: 16, Provides 4 Void Shields) - Battleship Only
The ancient but standard void shield array for the mighty battleships of the fleet.
Repulsor Shield Grand Array: (Space 6, Power: 18, Provides 4 Void Shields) - Battleship Only
Charged Particle Repulsion Effect: The ship does not suffer penalties to Manoeuvre actions when traveling through nebulas, ice rings, plasma clouds or other celestial phenomena consisting primarily of small particles.
