The Question is, can I give some and keep some or do I have to give them all away. (example) I have K4 Security Droid And Bodyguard Can I give the target lock over to another ship and spend my focus (bodyguard)to give the +1 agility too..

I think that because it says, "May assign all" .. That It is saying that you must assign all or Keep all.. That you cannot split it up.

You have to send all of the tokens you have, but both bodyguard and manaroo trigger at the same time so You can decide the order. Do bodyguard first then use her ability if you want.
