The new Jedi ability reads

Blindside

2xp

Exhaust this card when you exit a space containing a hostile figure and roll 1 blue die. That figure suffers equal D to the D result. Apply +1 D if you are Hidden

OK at what point can you "exit" a space an Hostile figure is position, is this referring to the option to pass them using the movement point and suffering the penalty if applicable.

Think the wording could have been a little better

"Exhaust this card, when you pass through a space containing an Hostile Figure roll 1 Blue Die, that figure suffers equal D to the D result. Apply +1D if you are Hidden"

Yes, when you spend an extra movement to move through a hostile figure is when you exit the space. Similar the Boba Fett wording on his ability.

It combo's Nicely with Davith's Force Speed, You can essentially get 4 movement plus 2 for force speed plus 2 for 2 strain making it much easier to move through enemy figures.

You enter spaces that have hostile figures also, so you exit those spaces when moving through them as well.

You don't get movement point for force speed, you just directly move two spaces. That means you ignore movement penalties (like those of moving through enemy figures) and makes the combo even better.
